The Island of São Nicolau
offers a nice variety of hikes, most of them on the network of old mule-tracks, other on simple goat-trails. The surface is mountainous, in part rocky with considerable differences of altitude. When selecting the trails, our priority was on safety and the beauty of landscape. |
